About the DIY macramé boxes

Do I need experience to make the box?

No, not at all! Our boxes are designed for absolute beginners. Thanks to the clear step-by-step guide with photos and videos, you'll definitely figure it out, even if you've never done macramé before.

What's in the box?

Each box contains all the necessary materials: high-quality, durable macramé cord, wooden materials (rings, stick or plank depending on the model), and a detailed manual. Some boxes also give you access to an online video tutorial.

Scissors, a measuring tape, and possibly glue are to be provided by yourself, unless they are included as a promotion with the box. You can also purchase these separately in the webshop.

How long does it take to make the wall hanging?

Allow approximately 1 to 4 hours, depending on your pace and the model. It's a soothing process, so take your time!

In what colors are the boxes available?

The Soulknots box Veer is available in 5 colors: Ecru, Beige, Brown, Turquoise, and Khaki. Other models are available in carefully selected Soulknots colors.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and other European countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us via the contact form with photos of the damage. We will arrange a solution.
